Plain-language summary of the rules for using Axiom.

1. Acceptance

By accessing Axiom you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Non-custodial software

Axiom is a self-custody interface. You control your wallet and your recovery phrase. Axiom never takes custody of your assets and cannot recover a lost recovery phrase on your behalf.

3. Trading risk

Trading digital assets, and especially perpetual futures with leverage, carries substantial risk of loss. Prices are volatile, positions can be liquidated, and you may lose the entire value of your account. Nothing on this site is financial advice.

4. Fees

Trading fees, tier discounts, cashback, priority fees, bribes and staking fees are described on the pricing page and in the docs, and may be updated over time.

5. Third-party protocols

Execution, perpetuals, yield and staking rely on third-party onchain protocols, including Hyperliquid, Marginfi and Solana's Stake Pool Program. Their smart contracts carry independent risk.

6. Eligibility and prohibited use

You may not use Axiom where doing so is unlawful, nor use it for market manipulation, fraud or sanctions evasion.

7. No warranty

The platform is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Network congestion, protocol outages and third-party failures may affect execution.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
