Worked example
A direct referral trades $10,000 of volume in a day at a 1% fee. That is $100 of fees. You earn 30% of it: $30. Their own fees carry a 10% referral discount at the same time, so the arrangement is not paid for by making their trading more expensive.
Second and third level referrals pay 3% and 2% of net fees on the same basis, with no cap on totals.
Cashback tiers
Your own trading pays too. Fees start at 1% and every tier returns SOL cashback, ending at 0.75% net for Champion.
